for the University Startups Showcase West
Virtually and In San Francisco In September 2013


Nominate your best startups to present to the nation’s premier investors
as part of the University Startups Showcase (USS) Virtually and in
San Francisco September 2013.


The National Council on Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer (NCET2) asks universities to nominate their best startups and have them present to the nation’s premier investors (see participants list below) as part of the University Startups Showcase (USS).

What is the University Startups Showcase (USS)?

The USS will showcase the best university startup companies, as nominated by the country’s major research universities, to leading venture capitalists, angel investors, strategic corporate investors and SBIR program managers.

Nominated companies to the USS will have the opportunity to:

1. Present in VIRTUAL SHOWCASES between April and September 2013 – NCET2 will showcase the nominated startups on the online virtual University Startups Showcase to an invitation-only group of over 100 angel investors, VCs and Global 1000 companies [see participant list below].

2. Present in IN-PERSON SHOWCASES in San Francisco in September 2013 at the University Startups Showcase West in San Francisco.

University Startups Showcases East and West will alternate approximately every 6 months between the east and west coast.

The University Startups Showcases are organized by NCET2, and supported by the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Angel Capital Association (ACA).

We invite university startups in all fields, including but not limited to:
